Caregiver use the Evac Chair as a means of stairway descent for transporting the people with reduced mobility from flat to the lift landing floor or from the lift landing floor to the flat. Without Evac+Chair, it would take a minimum of 2 caregivers to carry a wheelchair with user down the stairs. Trying to move a wheelchair user down the stairs manually is a tedious and risky process.
